Introduction
Welcome to Binging Art! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, membership programs, courses, and other services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

Membership & Access
2.1 Membership Tiers
Binging Art offers three membership levels:
- Community (Access to content after log in and events)
- Apprentice (full access to all content, 2 one-on-one sessions a month, and personalized mentoring)
- Ultimate (full access to all content, 4 one-on-one sessions a month, and personalized mentoring)
By subscribing, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Memberships are personal and cannot be shared.
2.2 Payments & Renewals
Paid memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly). You may cancel your membership at any time, but refunds are not possible once you are billed. However, any unused one-on-one lessons from your membership will remain available indefinitely for future use, even after cancellation. ♡
2.3 Cancellation & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including misuse of content, inappropriate behavior, or fraudulent activity.

Use of Services
3.1 Intellectual Property
All content on Binging Art, including videos, articles, courses, and branding, is protected by copyright and remains the property of Binging Art or its content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
3.2 Acceptable Use
When using our platform, you agree to:
- Respect community guidelines and interact positively
- Use the platform for personal growth and educational purposes
- Refrain from unauthorized sharing, copying, or selling of content
Violations may result in suspension or legal action.

Events & Courses
4.1 Registration & Participation
When registering for an event, course, or webinar, you confirm that your details are accurate. Binging Art reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events if necessary.
4.2 Refunds
All payments for events, memberships, and courses are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by Binging Art, a full refund will be issued.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
5.1 No Medical Advice
Binging Art promotes music, art and learning cello as a tool for improving cognitive health and well-being, but our content is for educational purposes only. It does not substitute professional medical or therapeutic advice.
5.2 Service Availability
We strive to keep our platform running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for technical issues beyond our control.
